For a known Brokerage Firm Supervisor to imply that a shareholder SHOULD not Demand his certificates in NAME form may be against the law. The NASD & SEC may like that one as well.

Sorry to hear you had a problem selling. If the shares were simply long in your account, or in safekeeping, this wouldn't have happened.
