I am starting to disagree with you about NOK. I hate Elop (like you hated Apotheker ;)), but so far he has performed pretty perfectly. They did release Win phones before holidays. Now it's the question how much they can push the phones in their best brand-loving markets. If they can, they should have pretty clear sailing with totally new SW platform and much better SW development organization within Microsoft.

Android and Apple are not as unassailable worldwide as it seems from US perspective. Even in US they may not be super entrenched yet.

RIMM IMHO is probably in much worse position. Now they have to pick Android or Win Phone in a "me too" move.

No position in NOK yet, but I am thinking. That company still has some great assets in it.

No position in HPQ either. Still thinking too. :)
