John, i don't know if there is a connection between fujitsu's notebook successes and their current aggressiveness in disk drive pricing, but their notebooks are certainly attractively priced. i'm currently in the market for a 150mhz notebook and can't find a better value than a fujitsu at the moment. assuming the others are pricing to make a profit, fujitsu must be satisfied with razor thin margins.
