I bought an App for iPad and was surprised that there's no sales tax. Apple must be using the tax strategy that Amazon does, no nexus means no requirement to collect sales tax. They must be selling through a subsidiary. I'll check out the terms and conditions next time I see it, but Amazon.com is likely to have Apple argue for the status quo.
