Record-breaking snow today in Washington, DC. Also sleet, freezing rain, and the temperature will be below freezing tonight. Record-breaking snow and sleet in New York, expecting up to 10 inches. New England expecting up to a foot of snow. Can't be fun to be occupying Wall Street right now.
