Exactly. I am a liberal first, a democrat second and an Obama supporter third.

And I repeat it, not to beat a dead horse (I really don't care any more), but as a very important metaphore for the major failing of the human species. It is a constant failing of the human species throughout history.

Such a grand irony. Getting kicked out of one's tribe for speaking truth to power--on the left.

That is what I expect on the right, but not the left. We liberals are the only hope for the human species. I hope Americans can figure that out. Notice it was all liberals who stood with us. And all big Obama supporters who worked hard to get him elected.
