Dont even think about it. AMTX is a public co. Anyone can buy any no. of shares as long as it is on the up and up. If shareholders dont want to sell no one is forcing them to do so.

The main reason of course is that AMTX does not have the money to continue to be in business witness the $5 mil loan from WSTL. A lawsuit will sign the death knell for AMTX. If a lawyer ever gets involved, I will be out faster than the buffalo stampede caused by the wolves.

BTW - what do you call a lawyer at the bottom of the ocean
