MichaelT, GreenHunter (GRH) -- I've looked at the company (including a nice chat with their pres.) but have decided to pass on them, for now at least. They're trying to do a perpetual non-convertible preferred stock offering (similar to what MHR has done) and I'm not a huge fan of those, plus its not abundantly clear that they would be able to raise that much money with that sort of deal structure at this phase of their development. Not sure what is going on with the trading.
