Perhaps the CIA, SEC, or any regular posters could address::: I'm not all that familiar with SEC procedure regarding arrangements such as the approval of the stock part of the ALRI call. How many business days does such a review and approval usually take? Also what is the probability that they would demand changes, resulting in more delays? OR::Is there very little precedent in the delay we have been discussing?
