I read the annual report and there wasn't anything +ve.So far AVGN has failed to find a partner,even though they have been saying they were looking for one for the past 18months.This only proves one thing,that no one is interested in partnering with them.Given the rate at which AVGN is spending money,they will be running out of cash next year,and i would doubt very much in their sucess of doing a secondary offering.Therefore the chances of AVGN succeeding are zero at this rate.Kiss your investment good-bye as of today.
