RBM, Please don't blame this situation on the NASD and the SEC. These guys are up to their necks in situations just like this. The SEC is understaffed and overworked. And they are thorough. I wouldn't want it any other way. Perhaps a call to your Congressman for more funding would be an appropriate gesture. My guess is that they are already looking, as evidenced by Morgan's visit with them (as posted by some one on this thread). My experience is that these "visits" are rarely chance, drop-in affairs.
