We agree that it's not possible that we agree, though that does beg the question on how we can agree on that. That's resolved because we don't agree other than instantaneously while heading in opposite directions.

For example, while we are both keen on buying gold, yours is to take possession to bury it deep in the earth or under the ocean where casual metal detector beach combers won't find it, while my desire to buy gold is to repay a loan of some which I sold at a high price. So we both agree that buying gold is good. But after I buy, I won't have it, whereas after you buy gold, you will.

It's a topsy turvy asymptotically hyperbolic world full of parabolic exponentiation - with monetary quantum tunneling, event horizons, Black Scholes, and inflationary anti-gravity deflation in financial relativity theory to bamboozle garden variety bare-bum barbarian Aztecs.
