| i think he did a good job with greta too, but gosh, i wanted to ask cain why, before the greta interview, he did not call the in-house lawyer at the nat restaurant assoc., peter apparently is his name, and ask him to run down the details of the settlement, e.g., what were the specific allegations, how much money was paid, what were their names, what were the terms of the settlements, etc. unless the in-house lawyer is dead or has some mental issues now, i don't see why cain could not have done that so he could answer all the tiny details greta was asking. all i can say is that is what i would have done rather than rely on my memory for something that happened between 1996 and 1999 (those were the times cain said he worked at the nra.) -- especially for an important nationwide interview with greta that could determine my fate in the primaries. if cain has incorrectly recalled some info, it makes him look not so good. |
