re GOV - I wonder if renting to the government is going to be a good LT value proposition since the austerity moves will affect the real estate footprint of the government as well in the longer run, especially post offices which GOV owns as well.

Spinning off government rented building sure seems like a good idea in 2008 but i am not sure owning them now is worth a premium.
