IMO, yes. AMTX didn't make the promise in a vacuum; it was a precondition to AMTX's patents being incorporated into the ANSI standard for DMT. i'll venture to guess AMTX has signed a letter of commitment to ANSI to honor those terms. TXN would inherit that commitment and be bound by it as they'd be bound by all of AMTX's contracts.
