With time passing the density of internet users increases.At the same time it becomes more cost effective to upgrade areas and eventualy profitable.For stock holders the upgrading by cable partners can't be fast enough.@home being 300 times faster than telephone line and 100 times faster than isdn has a head start, but for how long.The ceo was a former nasa geek who set up an @home type system for them. Government people are rarely in a hurry to do anything but at least he has quality people around him and they may have more of a sense of urgency.
