Zambian Institute of Careers and Motivation (ZICAM) Executive Director Isaac Likuji says Zambia needs a generation of young people with a spirit of economic independence. Mr. Likuji says the celebration of independence on the theme centered on economic prosperity poses a challenge to the young people to play a bigger role in realizing the vision.
