The fact of the matter is that Congress and the SCOTUS are very cognizant of the likelihood of Black riots and major social violence, as Major General Vallely and others reported.

As The Bell Curve reminds us, the average Black has very low intelligence and impulsively responds to provocative stimuli very rashly and with great hostility, without any thoughts about the consequences.

Congress and the SCOTUS reportedly believe that if they begin investigations into Barack's eligibility, many Blacks will perceive it as an attack on all Blacks and subsequently snap and go on homicidal rampages across the nation, in their typical, destructive fashion. 96 percent of them voted for Barack along racial lines. He is much more than merely a president to them. He is their African brother and he represents a Black power victory over Whitey, slavery, and racism. They have a lot of hatred for us as we see daily. Think about it.
