Well, that's kind of the problem with these kinds of allegations -- you're guilty until proven innocent. Everyone who HAS spoken out - people who have worked with Cain, has said, "No way".

But I'm really referring to the circumstantial facts that just indicate no legitimate claim was made. If there had been it would have already been out there IMO.

These things happen daily, and when they do, the businesses involved must take the charges extremely seriously or they risk big money liability. Anything approaching "taking it seriously", I'm quite sure, would have already made news. There is no there there. Although, I am not naive about the Democrat party's ability to manufacture bimbo eruptions.
