This is what freedom replied with to my question of being able to trade euto/rmil on the net.

Freedom Investments can accept orders placed over the internet as long as
there is a current BID and ASK. Stock Orders placed on the internet are
charged at the flat fee of $15.00per trade. Orders can be placed in
decimals, however the trading location for that stock may not accept the
order.
