All: Well I got my wish in regards to the reverse and I could not be happier. IMO this will be the catalyst that will allow the stock to break away from the manipulation game of the penny stock MM SCUM.

Any doubt now about PaineWebber suddenly appearing? Now that the Information Statement has been filed, I look for the real IB's to start showing up. My broker has a contact who informed me that Wheat First Butcher Singer (WEAT) would be on the box MONDAY now that the Information statement has been filed. Research reports can now be written and the company via the name change will be classified as a Telecom play.

How can the negative spin doctors see this as a negative? I'll tell you how.....They are losing their "cash cow" and they want you to buy into their negative spin so you can sell to their bid so they can position themselves for the move higher. Listen to this guy Jason. He has said all along that he is a shareholder but he has posted nothing but misinformation and negative hype. He comes on the thread after the split and right away starts degrading this reverse as a scam only to line the pockets of TWT insiders. He even has the audacity to thank Mr. Pink for enlightening him. Give me an ABSOLUTE BREAK Jason.

Why would Don Booth being the largest shareholder and BOD'r ever agree to this reverse split mechanism if he did not believe that it was in his best interests? Why would he have ever backed his company into the ISGI shell if he did not feel that it would be in his best interests? He has the most to lose and the most to gain. Remember he was issued his shares at a $1.25+ number and he still agreed to the split!!! What does this tell you people. He obviously believes that he will PERFORM the necessary revenues and earnings to justify his actions into entering into the ISGI/TWT transaction. He obviously believes that he will get a return on his $1.25 pre-split "investment" or it is not a good transaction for him. Anyone that owns stock at these levels should take great comfort in this fact. Booth is not a seller at this time as his shares fall under Rule 144. He MUST feel that WHEN he decides to sell it will be at a price MUCH higher than the $1.25+ valuation that was used to sell his private company to the public ISGI vehicle. Bob Lewis falls under the same analysis and he is a happy camper and bought MORE stock this week. Are these men just plain stupid or do they know what they are doing? Do you not think that Booth has consulted with high level IB's in regards to the ISGI/TWT transaction? Fundamentals people. I have said it all along. Look to the fundamentals!

If anyone thinks that the Convertible Preferred is not subject to the reverse is a complete idiot. As Mike Sawyer pointed out, their would be Class Action Lawsuits out the ying yang with the potential of alleged fraud. The company is RETAING the number of authorized shares for both Preferred/Common stock. They are probably doing this to have stock available for acquisitions and for extended growth. It looks like this company has BIG plans and has the potential to grow into a serious player in Worldwide Telecom. Look at what is being created since the merger/acquisition. This reverse is the catalyst to get the company going and to gain respect from IB's on the street. Why would anyone want to remain a penny stock and NEVER get any IBanking support? I believe that the company would now qualify for National Market System. I could not be happier as a shareholder!!

Great post from Bob Ellis. I would suggest that all reread his post. I share most of his sentiments and believe that he has a pretty good take on the situation. In regards to the forward reverse Bob you could be onto something. With shares out/float being so small, Institutuional liquidity could be a concern. We would not want a 10 point move upward one day now would we? <g>

In closing, I do not care if anyone Buys or Sells this stock. All I suggest is that all use some fundamental analysis and good 'ol common sense when analysizing this situation. Keep an eye on the "box" as TWTI can now be embraced by the Wall St. Telecom crowd. I have said all along that, "if you build it, they will come". Obviously, there are some people disturbed about the "construction". BUT in the end, when the project is completed and the "landscaping" is in place, IMO we will have something that we as shareholders can be proud of. Good luck to all.

John
