I just got my bill from Oxford yesterday with a letter stating what the billing policy is. They stated that the bills go out on the 15th of the month and that they require payment before the start of the coverage month.

It was encouraging to see that it only took 4 days from their stated billing day to get the bill. Last month I got the bill in the early twenty's of the month and the month before that I as well as an associate of mine had to call are insurance agent to find out about why we hadn't gotten our bills yet. It seems to me that the billing side of the problems at Oxford may be solved.

Now the only thing to worry about is if costs are really rising out of hand.
