You misunderstood my post. Taxing only the rich will not meet revenue needs. That will not solve the problem. It will gain votes. If you care about people you will deal with reality and look into the details. If they are serious, they must consider increasing everyone's taxes. A little tax increase with spending cuts is insufficient. It also was far easier to pay less taxes in the 50s. Tax laws changed that.
