The republicans have made a political blunder by not making Pelosi more of a target. After all, Pelosi was in charge of the country's spending for the four years it ballooned out of control and caused all these problems. If Obama wins a second term, it will be because the public hates republicans more than democrats. Letting Pelosi off lightly is contributing to it.
