Nobody is stopping you from going to Texas and applying "street justice" to the "bastard". If you won't do it, why are you crying for someone else to violate the law and "horsewhipping" the guy? I believe you should stand on conviction and go assault the guy. *A kid is whipped for 7+ minutes and you drag out law and statutes, you guys are unbelievable......* It seems you are unbelievable. You are doing nothing but requesting others to take action.
