When a Governor, violates the law by using the power of his office and instructing a state employee to drive a State vehicle at twice the legal speed limit and cause a crash which almost kills himself and others in the vehicle, that person is not prosecuted. But an illegal immigrant, who is doing an honest day's worth of work by toiling in the fields to do what no American wants to do, advocates of "we are a nation of laws" say that immigrant should have to pay the price for violating the law.

And then we have folks who are repeat offenders, this time from the the board rooms of companies such as MF Global and not the agricultural fields. So what does this say about America? Is it OK to commit crimes from a Governor's mansion and Board rooms but not OK if laws are violated (necessarily not a crime) by those giving their blood, toil, tears and sweat to produce food to feed this nation? Ever wondered why there is universal hate for America and that a band of cavemen could attract a bunch or 19 youths (some of them educated) to come and strike this "nation of laws"?

Prosecute Corizine irrespective of what he was, what offices he held, what political party he belongs to. As Americans we do not want to hear that we are a "nation of laws" but our regulatory policies are not that strong enough to prosecute him. Dear Senators and Congressfolks, if you say that then your "brains are in your balls."
