I hope you are correct. Bureaucrat have more faith in regulations than they have determination in enforcement - is the major break down. We need an Elliott Ness in the SEC.LOL Bob Some of these smart boys doing the unchecked naked shorts via synthetic this and that need todo some quality time behind bars. Once that is established the average guy will embrace the stock market again.
