'Only Paul would gut the military as you put it.' We need austerity in the military industrial complex first and foremost. Colburn the other night thought he could take $350B in fraud and waste out of the non defense federal budget plus another $100B out of medicare. End the Bush tax cuts and get Americans working again. Of course why they can't go by line item to what worked in the late 1990's as percentages to GDP tells us all we need to know about money and politics today as we need to be near 18-19% on both revenues and expenditures to make it work. Be straight with the American people for once as MM always says here..
