RT..Digital Pre-Distortion (DPD)

Xilinx will demonstrate a Virtex-6 FPGA running a DPD algorithm, which
pre-distorts the modulation signal to a radio power amplifier (PA) such that it
corrects for the natural distortion introduced by PA. Attendees will learn how
pre-distortion allows the PA to be operated in a non-linear region of operation,
which increases the PA power efficiency.
