You could be right. but from my perspective the XLF turned bullish about two weeks ago for the first time in quite awhile. To me this is a very bullish sign. as a result for the first time in several years i bought financials:
XLF BCS and JEF. I reserve the right to turn tail and run at the first sign of weakness though.

Now listening to an economist on Bloomberg he makes a pretty compelling case that the only long term solution for greece is to leave the eu go back to the drachma lower their wages and standard of living compared to the rest of europe and maybe comeback at a later date. Otherwise it will be same old same old.
But I think the Greek situation is not similar to that of Spain and Italy. Personally, I think the EU should bite the bullet on the greek debt. there is no way out-I think the debt is toast the banks are toast. Next.
