The word "attack" was meant in the sense, why are you addressing me, as the words weren't mine, but were taken directly from that blog you like to cite so often, FOSS.

You certainly have a rather loose definition of "attack".

Note also that iggyl's original post, in which he called me misinformed, was edited after I accurately quoted it. So I think "attacking me" was more appropriate than "addressing me".

Your initial post
Wow, Syl... Thats stunning! Motorola Mobility can now bar Apple from selling any of its mobile devices in Germany.

My initial response
No they can't. You're misinformed. But if you want to make a stock bet on that assumption go for it.

My subsequent response
Apple products can stool(sic) be sold in Germany But if you want to make a stock bet on that assumption they can't, go for it.

I'll be happy to restate that YOU'RE MISINFORMED. I'll further add Apple products can still be sold in Germany. I'll even throw in a little enlightenment.

"Apple is represented by two organizations in Germany: Apple Inc., the worldwide corporate parent, and Apple Germany, the local subsidiary that actually sells products to consumers. Motorola Mobility filed lawsuits against both organizations, and while Apple Germany is vigorously fighting its case, Apple's lawyers let the Apple Inc., lawsuit slide, resulting in this default judgement and injunction. But since Apple Inc., doesn't actually sell anything in Germany, it's a totally symbolic victory for Motorola — there aren't any products to ban. Apple confirmed to us that it'll appeal the decision anyway, and that the Apple Germany case continues to move forward. And here you thought you were going to spend yet another thrilling Friday night examining German court documents."

Now you're no longer MISINFORMED.

Again I welcome you to explain how the word "misinformed" constitutes an attack. I suggest if you're truly aggrieved you file a TOU complaint. I'm sure it will be received with appropriate amusement. Meanwhile look up the definition and intent of "clueless"? A little help if you need it.
