I don't understand. If TXN gets AMTX, they would honor the licensees to date, but would they license to new comers? Is it possible that they would not want to license to new comers?

I thought the WSTL deal was worth it, many of you out there think so also. Not being against all of you, but this TI/WSTL alliance seems awfully strange. I heard this multi-year agreement is close one of the agreements TI has had in the past. Can someone tell me who the biggest alliance that TI has had was with????
