It's such a shock to discover there are desirable real estate areas in the US that young families can't afford. How did that ever happen, pshaw........ Not like the good old days when the mill workers in Rhode Island had their homes on the cliffs of Newport, huh. Twas ever thus, and thus it ever shall be, regardless. The move up the ladder is just that much harder when the fat cats aren't providing decent middle class jobs like they used to.
