I don't know what they thought of it .. but they at least knew Kennedy had delayed reporting the accident or whatever it was till the following morning and a woman died as a result. Kennedy paid no price for that. The judge's offense is less severe and Texans have already prevented him from hearing cases and there's little doubt he'll never serve as a judge or other official again.
