Specially when you consider the money per port that Ascend have to pay Rockwell (whereas Bay and 3Com own their own modem DSP technology)>>. <I was thinking of buying ASND @ $23 but appear to have missed the bottom.> Deals like these include a number of products and services which I doubt the total discount of that. Also, if it was below cost then can be dealing with price fixing and dumping regulations.
