Roger, I will restate my question of yesterday, since I wasn't very clear with it. How legal is it for a company to halt a stock on a whim, as was the case yesterday with CTXS? The company basically stopped short traders from covering, and this being a very thinnly traded stock it is anyone's guess what they are upto now. After making the statements they made yesterday, how can this stock open higher than yesterday's open? I must tell you after seeing this that I feel bewtter and better about this short!
