Back to marginability. Scott's turned in the work to the SEC, but has anyone ever heard of the SEC making an approval within three weeks of an application's submittal. It was my understanding the SEC takes months to place its mail in the proper mailboxes. Wouldn't February or March be a more realistic date (hope not)for placement on the approval list. Frank
