For Lion users, I just noticed something new to me. Let me know if you've already discovered this. If you set your screensaver to iTunes Artwork, while the screensaver is displaying albums you can move the mouse without disabling screensaver mode. As the pointer crosses one of the many album covers it enlarges and gets a right pointing triangle, play symbol. Clicking on it will start playing that album. It a really neat feature for showing off to someone totally unfamiliar with Macs, especially if it's in screensaver mode when they start asking questions like, "Oh, so you're in the music business?"
