Don't think the new shares will affect the price, yet. There is a minimum holding period, and the shares are destined/designated to be used for the conversion of the series D preferred. Now that conversion requires the series D holder to cough up $.63 per share... that's in addition to the $.16 per share they have depositied in the escrow account to pay for the series D shares.

More likely, the SEG, WDC, etc. problems may be reflecting on JTS 'cause JTS is just another drive maker.... but if JTS is taking some of the big boys business away.... that may be good.
BUT if the new IBM SuperMR or MegaMR or CosmicMR head technology catches fire... and JTS doesn't switch over... they may get creamed.
BUT if they switch over, then we get another round of selling off work in progress, fire sales of current inventory... ie another $25M in cash peed down the drain and they will need another 'white knight' who will want 50% of the stock... which will lead to another round of preferred shares being issued.... which will, well you know
