Again no one has even attempted to answered the question Koan except maybe Dale. Lots of oddballs here on your side too Koan disappoints me because I expected better than the classless responses you always get from right wingers. Why are very liberal areas like a Boulder so expensive the hippies of the 60's counter culture could never afford to live their today?. These areas were already high priced when Bush became president but were quite affordable going back to the late 1970's as was the entire country. Even in today's depression most are priced out there as prices have not fallen much.. Now most of the country is quite affordable again post bust where the Bush years were reset and that includes our liberal ghettos which we leave for a seperate discussion. Yet go to the bible belt and the heart of 'real america' and home values always were depressed and continue to be depressed unless you are in a university town or the state capital.... And here I thought liberalism was redistribution of wealth while capitalism and wealth creation thrived in conservative america?
