Ka Ching. Sold all of 70% NGD position at $12.50 vs $12.19 entry, Friday. Back to 100% cash in large ROTH trading account.

Busy, busy....no more time for the markets. Have to supervise local workmen on two different projects, on the property, AWA oversee a 3rd who's helping us prepare the large garden for winter.

Quite an experience to bring this landmark country estate to life and realize it's potential for self sufficiency.
