Everyone, First let me say that I am very glad that I sold early last week - the suspense this weekend would be killing me. Does anyone know what happens about the regulation S activities in process. It would be my guess that since they are still negotiating to raise capital and they are heavily in debt - they will need to issue a lot of new stock by the end of the year.
