Your analysis rings true Dwight. The stock remains a long term play. Granted the convertible crowd is smart and better at the game than the company. Therefore, they will suppress the price until March to get more shares at conversion. Still, if they refinanced for common stock at some point they should want the price of their common to go up, no? So after they convert they should stop selling and bull the stock up. The company wants a higher price. The products look good so sooner or later everyone should be on the same page. I guess they can beat the price lower if they have the resources but at $1 share the insiders can unleash their own resources. We may be at equilibrium but the long term move should be up.
