All According to an email I got today it appears that this is the time of year when "tax loss selling" occurs. The sender indicated that this, in part, may have been a big influence in many of the penny stock price drops yesterday and may continue for awhile. I have no idea whether this is a valid statement or not. Could someone who knows please comment? thanks rick
