Jack Pilger said in the last conference call that he was intent on obtaining another casino permit in Tunisia, specifically in the Sousse area. When pressed for more information, Jack replied that he has the casino identified, the casino floats, and it is ready to go with more than 300 slots. He expects this second casino to be open for business by May of 1998.

He did not say "riverboat". I'm no sailor, but I don't think you could get a riverboat across the ocean. I would think it would have to be a liner, but that's just my opinion.

He did say that he was intent on raising shareholder value. In order to do that he would have to grow the financial base, which he believed would be on the order of $50 million, in order to attract an analyst or two to follow the stock. He also said that he was looking at an acquisition that would double CSNR's revenue.

Hope this helps.
