I haven't asked this question of the fabulous Bill Mann, but does anyone know why MedCare hasn't gone after the high population areas? i.e. Los Angeles, Chicago or New York? It seems to me that to maximize potential client-base, one would hang one's shingle somewhere in the middle of New York City... Thoughts? John
