I saw the thread, but you confuse two issues...

DOJ is attacking MSFT for unfair comp as my previous message...

MSFT early on (prior to bundling) built up market share by
"dumping" at same time Netscape was moving to selling browser.
Thus, market share not necessarily gained on quality of product.
Is thus unfair? Debatable. But certainly not illegal IMO, tho
we seem to think so when done by overseas DRAM manufacturers.
