I disagree. MS used to be a "cool" place to work. They were a top draw for young and aggressive engineers. Now, the rate of new MS millionairs is much smaller. And very few people outside of MS consider MS technology cool. Also, their current work force is a little older, and very well off. I doubt that they are all willing to work the kind of hours they did out of college. Nope, MS is all grown up now.
