I haven't audited your math but that deal sure increases the cost of production significantly, may even put the project in jeopardy. A greedy jurisdiction can ruin mining for a generation like it did in Saskatchewan when potash was nationalized in the 70's, no one came here with a drill of any kind (sorry Black & Decker) for thirty years.
