The event was well attended with over 120 investors participating. We left with 3 main takeaways: 1) MON is focused on replicating its US seed business model in Latin America; 2) US harvest data indicate a large yield advantage for MON’s key corn and soybean platforms, which positions the company well to gain share next year; and 3) The R&D pipeline, which is already the strongest in the industry in our view, continues to grow its lead.
